GÜDE | Larding Knife  | Damascus Steel 10cm Blade

A larding knife has a thin, smooth, rigid and pointed blade. This can easily cut any piece of red meat or poultry, fine slicing of raw or cooked fillets, and is also the ideal knife for cutting slices with an even thickness and preparing delicious ribs on the barbecue!

The term "wild Damascus" refers to a blade made of over 300 layers of rigid and elastic steel and hard steel, which are manually forged over up to 2 days. The resulting blade is a work of art, showcasing the highest precision and visual beauty. Through an additional 50 manual processes, each blade becomes a unique specimen of hand-forged Damascus steel. However, it is essential to note that these knives are not rust-resistant and should not be cleaned in a dishwasher. In the Alpha series, the handle material for the damask knives is desert ironwood, up to 1,500 years old. The damask version of THE KNIFE features a handle made of grenadilla wood. Owning a Damascus steel knife is a coveted desire for many knife enthusiasts, as the beauty and craftsmanship of the blacksmith are genuinely captivating, surpassing the knife's functionality.
