This Global set brings three sizes together to cover the range of everyday cutting tasks, from full prep work down to close detail. It includes:
• G2 Cook's Knife (20 cm / 7.9 in) – handles the bulk of daily prep, from breaking down vegetables to slicing proteins.
• GS3 Cook's Knife (13 cm / 5.1 in) – sized down for tighter, more controlled cuts where the full-size blade feels oversized.
• GS7 Paring Knife (10 cm / 3.9 in) – the go-to for peeling fruit, trimming fat, or working close to the hand.
Each blade is made in Japan from a single piece of CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, a proprietary alloy Global developed specifically to hold an edge without demanding heavy maintenance or being prone to rust. The handles are hollow, filled with sand for balance, and finished with a dimpled texture so grip doesn't slip even with wet hands.
It's a compact set meant for years of regular use — three sizes that, together, handle most of what actually happens at a cutting board.
