Vacuum Pump

• Wipe the pump body with a dry or slightly damp cloth only — never submerge it or put it in the dishwasher
• Remove the silicone seal by gently pulling it downward off the pump housing; wash it separately with warm water and dish soap
• Always unplug the charging cable before cleaning
• Charge fully before first use (2–5 hours); recharge at least once every 3–6 months to preserve battery life

Glass Containers

• Clean containers before first use
• Before each use, make sure the lid seal and container rim are clean and dry — any residue can prevent a proper vacuum seal
• Dishwasher, freezer, and microwave safe (release the vacuum and loosen the lid before microwaving)
• Don't overfill — leave about ½–¾ inch of space below the rim, and keep food away from the valve inside the lid

Vacuum Bags

• Reusable and BPA-free; hand wash and air dry between uses
• Keep the bag opening and internal valve clean, dry, and free of food residue before sealing
• Freeze soft or liquid foods briefly before vacuum sealing to prevent liquid from being drawn into the pump
• Press the center PUSH button on the valve after each use to fully seal it

Troubleshooting

• Vacuum won't form or doesn't hold: Check that the lid, seal, and valve are clean, dry, and properly seated, then press the pump firmly onto the valve while sealing
• Pump stops with a red light: Liquid was drawn in — remove the seal, shake out moisture, dry thoroughly, then hold ON/OFF for 2 seconds to reset
