Refund policy

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. It must be unused, with all tags attached. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply login to your account and the system will show you all items eligible for a return,  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping. However, if you wish to replace the item with a different product, we may consider reimbursement depending on the shipping cost and location.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please add details in the return notes section. 


Damages and issues:


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please refer to our particular order FAQ page for more information on exceptions and non-returnable items.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. You will automatically receive a refund on your original payment method if approved. Please allow your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund.
