Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

CANADA

• Window for Returns and Exchanges:

Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, items outside this window will not qualify.

• Condition of Merchandise:

Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

• Exclusions:

• Special orders or items with custom engraving cannot be returned or refunded.

• Gift wrap charges are non-refundable.

How to Process a Return or Exchange

Visit our website and log in using the same email address used for your order.

2. View Purchases:

After logging in, you’ll see all your purchases and items still within the return and exchange window.

3. Initiate the Process:

Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and follow the instructions.

Return and Exchange Terms

Customers are responsible for outbound and inbound shipping charges for returns or exchanges. These fees will be deducted from your refund.

• Inspection Process:

Returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt. Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

• Non-Refundable Charges:

Gift wrap charges are non-refundable.

We ship all orders from Ontario, Canada. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
