値段相応かな？なんか違和感を感じてよーく見ると刃先が若干曲がっていた。

シンクの中での取り回しも良くて斬れ味も抜群です♪料理が楽しくなりますよ^_^

完璧です。

箱も包丁も説明書の紙も全てにおいてセンスと職人の丁寧さがある。切れ味は勿論凄く良いし、ダマスカスの模様、柄のガバ材の模様や色もとても気に入りました。自分は料理を仕事にしているので、研いで長く丁寧に使おうと思います。一生物の包丁に、皆様も是非(*'∀｀*)
