A small amount of butter or oil is sufficient to prevent food from sticking. Avoid nonstick cooking sprays, as they can leave residue and damage the pan. Opt for utensils made of wood, silicone, plastic, or nylon while cooking.

🧼 CLEANING

Let ceramic pans cool entirely before washing. Abrupt temperature changes, like placing a hot pan in cold water, can harm the nonstick coating. After cooling, clean the pan in the dishwasher or by hand using a soft sponge, brush, and dishwashing soap.

📦 STORAGE
