This chef's knife is truly a great work of art. Lovely to look at. Breathtakingly sharp. The finest knife in my kitchen! Highly, highly recommended.

These knives are great, if you can find one on sale. These aren't super sharp, but are among the sharpest I've tried in the $50-$150 range. Look great, I think, well-balanced and comfortable to hold. They are about the perfect length for cutting vegetables, IMHO.

Very comfortable to hold, cuts like no other, very happy with my Japanese steel.
