What’s Covered?

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

What’s Not Covered?

Blade chips, broken knife tips, rust spots, and food discoloration (these can often be resolved with sharpening or proper care).

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper use, including:

Cutting frozen foods, bones, hard nuts, or cheese.

Using the knife as a screwdriver, can opener, or for any unintended purpose.

Dropping the knife or striking it against hard surfaces.

Rust and discoloration from improper care.

Return shipping costs.

The warranty is void if the knife is taken outside the country of purchase.

Knife Care & Maintenance

Hand Wash Only – Wash with warm, soapy water and dry immediately. Avoid leaving food residue on the blade.

Do Not Use a Dishwasher – High heat and harsh detergents can damage the blade and handle.

Store Properly – Keep knives in a dry place using a knife block, sheath, or magnetic rack.
