Le couteau GYUTOH, mesurant 20 cm de long, de la série MIYABI 5000MCD, se distingue par sa lame fine mais robuste au profil japonais authentique. Son tranchant est affûté symétriquement selon un angle précis de 19°, conférant à la lame Honbazuke à double tranchant un tranchant exceptionnel, facilitant ainsi les tâches les plus délicates sans effort. Composée d'un noyau en acier en poudre Micro Carbide MC63 enveloppé dans 100 couches d'acier supplémentaires, la lame offre une durabilité et des performances remarquables.

This knife is very nice, but it had some minor irregularities. One of the inserts in the handle was in crooked. There was a spot between the damascus cladding and the cutting edge that 1/8" smooth divit in the steel about 1 1/2" inches from the point on the right side. These things might not hurt the functionality of the knife. For the price I expected better attention to detail. Ended up getting a Yaxell Super Gou SG2 8" Chef's Knife which is just flawless. Handle fits me better too though it is not as warm to the touch when initially picked up.
Broken product sent. Disappointing
I haven’t tried this knife, I might even like it…But to arrive with a broken handle and burr’s in the blade make me a skeptic, I will probably go back to shun, or dalstong

It’s a beautiful knife and extremely sharp. It’s a nice weight that’s easy to hold and maneuver.
